Mohammed was my Client support. He was very respectful and gem of a person. The grooming was handled by Clement and Sunas , both of them were the very personal and affectionate towards the parrot. My parrot is a bit fearful. But Clement and Sunas tried to bring in trust and then groomed the bird. Clement is aware of how to handle the bird and how not to affect the bird physically and emotionally while grooming. Sunas held the parrot with care and the teams had done a beautiful session to help my parrot be the cutest ever bird.
My bird was happily flying around in the van until we reached home.
